Professional Training
Darren has been a keen hunter and fisherman since he was a boy, and was attracted to the art of taxidermy at a young age.  He started practising taxidermy at just 13, and in is later teens completed professional training under the tutelage of well-known taxidermist David Mould, at the Taupo Taxidermy Training College.

Over 30 Years Taxidermy Experience
In his 30+ year career so far, Darren has worked with a huge variety of species and honed a broad repertoire of techniques, creating world-class trophies for hunters from all over New Zealand and the world. We are now based in Tauranga, but regularly ship to hunters all over the country – no problem!
